Elle est une mesure de contr\u00f4le,une pratique d\u2019entrave et d\u2019immobilisation. Son abolition est une premi\u00e8re pierre pour une psychiatrie partant des droits effectifs, de l\u2019autod\u00e9termination, de la dignit\u00e9 pour toutes et tous.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La contention m\u00e9canique est un traumatisme. Chaque ann\u00e9e, 10&nbsp;000 personnes sont attach\u00e9es dans les h\u00f4pitaux psychiatriques fran\u00e7ais. Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est massif dans les Ehpad, aux urgences, dans les foyers. Le syst\u00e8me contentionnaire \u2013 qui nous attache physiquement, psychiquement et collectivement \u2013 cro\u00eet sur fond d\u2019une \u00ab&nbsp;culture de l\u2019entrave&nbsp;\u00bb. Se d\u00e9faire d\u2019un tel univers n\u00e9cessite d\u2019entendre le v\u00e9cu des concern\u00e9\u00b7es, d\u2019instituer d\u2019autres fa\u00e7ons de se tenir ensemble pour d\u00e9velopper des alternatives dans les pratiques et un autre imaginaire de soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mathieu Bellahsen est psychiatre. Il est l\u2019auteur de&nbsp;<em>La Sant\u00e9 mentale<\/em>&nbsp;(La Fabrique, 2013) et a co\u00e9crit avec Rachel Knaebel&nbsp;<em>La R\u00e9volte de la psychiatrie<\/em>(La D\u00e9couverte, 2020). Pendant le premier confinement, il a lanc\u00e9 l\u2019alerte concernant des enfermements abusifs dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait m\u00e9decin chef de p\u00f4le. Le collectif de soins a ensuite subi la r\u00e9pression hospitali\u00e8re du corps psychiatrique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
