Si cette politique de l\u2019espoir fonctionne, c\u2019est qu\u2019elle repose aussi sur une menace. Ainsi, si tou\u00b7tes les jeunes sont mis\u00b7es en attente, tou\u00b7tes ne le sont pas de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re : promesse de m\u00e9ritocratie, de valorisation de soi, d\u2019int\u00e9gration r\u00e9publicaine ou d\u2019exaltation patriotique pour certain\u00b7es, menace de ch\u00f4mage, de s\u00e9lection, de coercition, dispositifs de seconde chance ou criminalisation pour d\u2019autres.<br>Finalement, mettant gratuitement au travail celles et ceux qui attendent une insertion professionnelle et citoyenne et mena\u00e7ant de marginalisation les autres, l\u2019\u00c9tat produit des subjectivit\u00e9s en attente mais disponibles, d\u00e9pendantes et dociles, autrement dit parfaitement adapt\u00e9es aux besoins du capitalisme n\u00e9olib\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Florence Ihaddadene est sociologue, ma\u00eetresse de conf\u00e9rences en sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Picardie Jules
